EPL raise config error for conflicting sensor mode and media settings #82
Description
EPL requires both setting the O,,,,S hardware option to 'reverse' the media sensor and Qp1,p2+p3 for black mark mode. If either one is set differently the printer will itself throw errors like 'MediaOut'.
Attempt to detect this incompatible setting situation and throw a custom error for it.
