Support GitHub Enterprise for the LLM preview

I tried the LLM preview. When authenticating it provided only a `github.com/login/device` link. I switched that for `{my-enterprise}.ghe.com/login/device` and it didn't recognize the code... I guess that means they're not interchangeable!
