Create an svg icon that can be used with vscode themes

I would like to add an icon for *.binlog files to the excellent vscode-material-icon-theme extension, but it needs to be in the svg file format, and I can only find msbuild-structured-log-viewer.png...

there's also the .ico version in https://github.com/KirillOsenkov/MSBuildStructuredLog/blob/main/src/StructuredLogViewer/StructuredLogger.ico, I suppose you could run either of those through SVG converters
