Add cloudflare-DNS Caddy plugin

Add cloudflare DNS verification plugin to auto-renew certs as an option for users. This can be accomplished one of two ways: 

1. maintain custom pre-built caddy image
2. include custom Dockerfile.caddy 

I'm happy to do either one and submit PR. Let me know what's best.
