Python API is incomplete

Bug description

The python api in our documentation is not complete. Some modules are missing from the packages. And sometimes the packages are not shown.
Also, it needs to be discussed, how we include the generation and simulation package since their are currenlty only mocked.

The memilio.simulation package is not only mocked now, the documentation was already outdated before. Autodocs includes for example memilio.simulation.osecir, but our code is actually in memilio.simulation._simulation_osecir. When the documentation was created, somebody added custom files to circumvent this issue, but apparently they did not get updated when new models were added to memilio.simulation. Thus we also need to find a way to either automate the file creation or to get autodocs to find the correct files/namespaces
