[BUG] Elements are altered without confirmation

When adding an element and backing out, the element gets saved into the profile until manually deleted.

When deleting an element, no confirmation is required and the change becomes permanent instantaneously.

When adding an element and backing out, the element gets saved into the profile until manually deleted.

I realized the issue earlier. Its because when a new element is added to the control pad, it gets saved directly to the database instead of being stored temporarily. That’s why it appears even when the Save button hasn’t been clicked yet.
