Make AMDGPU-PRO OpenCL work in container #9
Description
Right now there is only nvidia OpenCL 1.2 exposed or POCL which can not be combined for unknown reasons.
- install amdgpu-pro on both host and container
- test all combinations of OCL ICDs available
