Content Audit: Replace the `Happy Hour` Section With A `Summer Meetup` Section

Overview

We need to replace the Happy Hour section with a Summer Meetup to keep the website up to date.

Details

We no longer do happy hours. We do an in person summer get together. This section should reflect the new title (official title will be determined)

Action Items

• Find the prior summer picnic posts and add as screenshots to this issue
• use the language to determine what we should replace the Happy Hour content with (add to resource 1.06.01 & 1.06.02)
• find an image that we could use to represent the picnic. and people getting together. The image must be free, check the credits page for vendors we use
• Create a dev issue to implement the change
