pip show gives licence as UNKNOWN

I believe that adding a licence entry to pyproject.toml would resolve this - it would remove the step of visiting the repository to check the licence type for those that have to worry about such things.

I've always understood that the separate licence field is only meant to be used when you can't describe the license with a classifier, which we can.
