Support for Thinknode M5

Meshtastic added support for Thinknode M5. Could this also be added to Meshcore?

some dev first needs a device to port it on - there are plenty and until someone donates the device, we can't buy them all from pocket money unfortunately.

edit: seems that M5 does have power hungry esp32s3 - and it uses 1.2Ah battery, which won't last whole day. would stay away from the device because of this. Thinknode M1 will last you much longer(and it's supported).
