Include doxygen Participant page into Algolia search index

We should also link back from this doxygen page to the website. Could simply be in the brief description of the Participant class.

I've opened #743 to address the first part of this issue i.e. indexing the Doxygen Participant page in the Algolia search.

Regarding the second part (adding a backlink from the Doxygen page back to the website), that would require changes in precice/precice (e.g. in the Doxyfile or a custom Doxygen header/footer) and would make sense as a separate PR there. Would you like me to work on that as well?

@vagxrth We decided to move the source documentation out of the website repo to deploy it on a different subdomain #630.

Is it possible to add cross-domain search results in the search index? We could update the search index directly from precice/api.
