Swagger updates for writes

• Adds user_id query param to all writes
• Adds enums for mood/genre and validation
• Makes request body names not conflict with the operationid requests (otherwise generation is like UpdateTrackOperationRequest instead of UpdateTrackRequest
• Consolidate shared types
• Format release date as a Date
• Use enum for comment entityType
• Remove developerApps tag from users/:userId/developer-apps endpoints so they only appear on usersApi (fixes bug where duplicate types were being exported in autogen)
• Fixes update playlist to use cover_art_cid instead of artwork_url
