Data-driven roadmap with YAML frontmatter feature files, Jinja2 template, and generation script (same structure as modelskill).
Add 6 new feature documents for standards-based interoperability: CF standard name mapping, UGRID NetCDF export, GeoDataFrame export, xarray backend entry point, Zarr export, and GeoParquet export. Mark the original netcdf-zarr-conversion feature as superseded by the more specific UGRID, Zarr, and CF mapping features.
