docs: Add two test pages about cheese

Added two new documentation pages about cheese to test the page-adding workflow:

1. Introduction to Cheese (fern/docs/cheese/introduction.mdx) - A welcome page explaining what cheese is and why it matters
2. Types of Cheese (fern/docs/cheese/types.mdx) - An overview of hard, soft, and blue cheese varieties

Also added a new "Cheese" section to the navigation in docs.yml.
