This PR exposes and forwards TanStack Query’s refetchOnWindowFocus, refetchOnReconnect, and networkMode options through queryCollectionOptions
steps:-
Adds the options to QueryCollectionConfig
Destructures them from config
Conditionally forwards them to QueryObserverOptions
Includes tests verifying they are applied correctly
