Add option to enable/disable standard seo-tab and settings-tab

Add option to enable/disable (default: enabled) standard seo-tab and settings-tab inside the devtools

🎯 Changes

I wanted to have the ability do disable the seo tab inside the devtools, because it will never be relevant for my specific app. While at it, i added the settings tab option to enable/disable too. If disabled, it will exclude those tabs from the devtools.

FYI: i gave ai the task to implement the changes (i'm not a solid guy) - i reviewed it, it looks ok to me
