Add comprehensive documentation for ICSSG0 dual EMAC configuration on AM642 EVM. This includes:

  • New dedicated "ICSSG0 Configuration (AM64x)" section with:

    • Hardware requirements (AM642 EVM and DP83TG720-IND-SPE-EVM)
    • Software requirements (CONFIG_DP83TG720_PHY)
    • Step-by-step enabling instructions with U-Boot commands
    • Interface verification examples using ip and ethtool
    • Instructions for combining ICSSG0 and ICSSG1 overlays
  • Updated "Features supported" section to include:

    • ICSSG0 dual EMAC support on AM64x with DP83TG720 PHY

The ICSSG0 overlay (k3-am642-evm-icssg0.dtbo) enables both ICSSG0 Ethernet interfaces in dual EMAC mode and can be combined with the existing ICSSG1 overlay to provide up to four ICSSG Ethernet ports.
