Going through & doing a bit of import & cleanup on the test helper and setup in support of some 9.0 refactoring & changes. The way the native binding import overrides were working in tests was not my favorite & will need to be cleaned up more when I actually change the import strategy in 9.0 from
require('pg').nativetorequire('pg/native')....this is the part I could cleanup here first & test before working on the 9.0 branch.
