Actualiazación de Bootstrap v3.1.0 version oficial - [WIP]#32

Se actualizó a la versión oficial de twitter bootstrap, esta versión es la misma que teníamos pero el proyecto se volvió el "port" oficial de bootstrap.
Se agregaron más variables referentes al paginador ya que la nueva versión de boostrap las necesita para estilar el mismo.
Se eliminó el rewrite de los anchors del paginador ya que ahora boostrap posee una cantidad de variables que posibilita el cambio de colores.

Se actualizó la versión de twitter boostrap a la 3.1.0 cambiando con
la versión el el repo del proyecto ya que el mismo se convirtió en el
proyecto bootstrap-sass oficial. Además se agregaron un número de
variables para poder estilar el paginador a como estaba anterior a la
actialización y esto permitió borrar la sobre escritura de hecha a mano
(scss) de los anchors del paginador.
