WIP: updating docs in preparation for 1.0.0 release

I already went through the existing docs and removed references to datreant.data, and turned all references to datreant.core into just datreant. We will need to graft in the docs from datreant.data into this set of docs, however, before we can release.

Docs for what used to be datreant.data now finished being converted. However, seeing failures in the tests for the mds_06to1.py script. Did something change in MDAnalysis to cause these failures? @richardjgowers, @kain88-de?
