For whatever reason, GitHub is not detecting the LICENSE.txt in this repository as a standard license. This update attempts to fix that. In addition, the dates are updated to 2026, and the outdated notice about bundling python-tabulate is removed. (That notice might have interfered with the detection of a standard license.)
