Introduces the FluentCMS.Api.Plugins.AIAgentManagement plugin, including agent models, database context, OpenRouter client integration, and API controller for agent thread operations. Updates solution and main API project to reference the new plugin and configures OpenRouter settings in appsettings.json. Adjusts plugin system assembly scanning to target only FluentCMS.Api.Plugins.* assemblies.
