I am a cancer biologist turned computational researcher focused on creating therapeutics for cancers with specific DNA repair defects in the Bindra Lab. Currently defending my dissertation in June 2026, I am transitioning from the wet lab to building software and ML models that accelerate drug discovery.
- 𧬠Current Work: I'm writing up my PhD dissertation where I developed novel therapeutics targeting tumor-specific DNA repair deficiencies and built open-source software like CellPyAbility and crispy_snake.
- π± Learning: I'm building expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications in cell biology and medicine.
- π₯ Fun Facts: I competed nationally in powerlifting, have a brown belt in judo, and ran two ultramarathons. When I'm not working or exercising, I'm likely playing video games or reading!
