fix: remove non-renewing sponsors and add new active sponsors

• Removed sponsors: postman, endjin, octue, wda, dottxt, sourcemeta, oracle
• Added sponsors: spinthewheel, litslink, timenow
• Added logo files for new sponsors
• Removed background from time_now_dark.svg
• Fixed time_now logo dark/light mode mapping

I’m unable to see any list of sponsors mentioned in the issue. Could you please clarify where you obtained the sponsor list from?

Before raising a PR for something like this, it’s important to confirm the details with relevant team member to ensure the information is accurate.

I obtained the sponsor list by cross-referencing the current sponsors displayed on the website (index.page.tsx) with the active Bronze Sponsors listed on the JSON Schema OpenCollective page: https://opencollective.com/json-schema/contribute/bronze-sponsor-62498/checkout

Specifically, I checked the recent transactions (February 2026) on OpenCollective to determine which sponsors had active recurring monthly contributions and which had stopped contributing.

Sponsors removed (no recent recurring contributions found on OpenCollective):

Postman, Endjin, Octue, WDA, dottxt, Sourcemeta, Oracle
Sponsors added (active contributors on OpenCollective but missing from the website):

Spin The Wheel, LitsLink, TimeNow
That said, I completely understand the need to verify this with the relevant team members before merging. I should have confirmed the list with the team first rather than making assumptions based solely on what I could see on OpenCollective. Happy to wait for confirmation from the team, or adjust the PR based on an official list of active sponsors.

This acknowledges the maintainer's concern, explains your methodology transparently, and shows willingness to wait for proper verification before proceeding.
