[Shopify] Populate Contact No. on customer change in Shopify Order#7025

When users manually set or change Sell-to/Bill-to Customer No. on a Shopify Order, the Contact No. fields were not updated. Added OnValidate triggers to recalculate contact numbers using the existing FindContactNo logic. Also exposed Contact No. fields on the Shopify Order page (hidden by default) for personalization.
