Summary

Adds a kernel-devel-rpm-macros subpackage that exports %kernel_uname_r, letting OOT module packages auto-detect the kernel version instead of hardcoding it. This is a POC to support OOT driver packages like: https://dev.azure.com/mariner-org/mariner/_git/CBL-Mariner-Proprietary/pullrequest/26380.

Change Log
  • Add 3 new spec-append-lines overlays in kernel.comp.toml: subpackage declaration, macros file install, and %files listing.
Does this affect the toolchain?

YES/NO

Test Methodology
  • local azldev build passed.
