Code Review
This pull request refactors the InspectedModelArtifactLayer to replace the specific Filepath field with a more flexible Annotations map. This is a good improvement for extensibility. The review identifies a critical issue where an unused variable will cause a compilation failure. Additionally, there's a suggestion to simplify the code by removing an unnecessary map copy. The tests have been correctly updated to align with these changes.

This block of code to copy the annotations map can be simplified. Since the manifest from which layer.Annotations originates is a local variable and not modified elsewhere, creating a defensive copy is unnecessary. You can directly assign layer.Annotations to improve readability and reduce verbosity.
