- Split monolithic python-package.yml into: - lint.yml (flake8, pycodestyle, pydocstyle) - tests.yml (unit tests with parallel execution) - Added install_check.yml to verify 'pip install .' works on branches and releases

Refactor CI workflows and add install check
Organized the CI configuration for better maintainability and robustness:
lint.yml: Runsflake8,pycodestyle, andpydocstylechecks.tests.yml: Runs unit tests in parallel usingpytest-xdist.install_check.yml: Verifies thatpip install .works correctly on all branches and releases to ensure installability from source.This closes the request to organize CI and adds the requested installation test.
