refactor(republisher): Remove post-publish verification

Remove the post-publish DHT verification step that performed a second query after every publish
Use publish_with_info from pkarr to get stored_at count directly from the publish response
Remove read_and_verify.rs example and verify module

Only merge after pkarr#222
