Could you extract the changes to rubies/ruby/CVE-2024-27282.yml into a separate PR so it's not held up by questions about the other advisories?

My mistake - forgot to commit after deleting.

Removed a non-functional link from the CVE YAML file.
Updated notes to clarify that mruby 3.5.0 has not been released as of 1/23/2026.
