Can you add an admonish to the top that this will be replaced with an official doc in the future? I have one I'm working on right now but I'm probably not gonna finish it until after I'm done with at least the first part of the solutions refactor which will be a few days at least. I can merge this in the meantime.

DISCLAIMER: its bad. @slarticodefast told me to pr this though.
nubody is chronically undocumented, so this guide will hopefully help downstreams that find themselves struggling with the new system.
happy to clean up whatever is needed upon request, however i must emphasise that i am trying to make wheels out of weetbix here- i am not the person who should be doing this, because i barely understand this system myself. i would love if someone who had actual knowledge of the system could take this and do it better, especially if that also means including documentation of how the rest of nubody works.
